I will never go to a family video again. I bought season 1 of bones, paid for 7-10 day shipping and received it 3 and a half weeks later. When I received my package in the mail the bottom of the case is busted and broke into pieces. I called the store and the only thing they will do is said to bring it in and they can find a case in the store to replace it and if the disc are scratched then they will clean them. I'm sorry but when I buy something new I expect it to show up new and not busted up. No I will not except a used case when I paid for brand new. Family video has lost my business and the business of my family.
It has a nice variety of movies and great customer service.
This is the second time they told me that I didn't return a movie and I call and they said that they were missing two movies they told me to hold so they can see which movie were missing and then they said that they found one but not the other they only have the case and not the movie ... they don't really know what they are doing they want more money from costumers by saying that they are missing movies ...
