I have never had such a good bed. It is great. It is expensive and repair parts are very expensive. If you buy one don't expect to get Service ! I have had to do all my service work and to order my parts I've had to wait as long as 40 minutes trying to get a representative on the phone. I tried for 2-_days to get them they say all reps are busey for 35 minutes the first time, finally held on long enough the 2nd day then the rep told me that they couldn't get a service person to my home for 7-8 weeks ! I ordered the parts and I will do the work ... I will though upgrade to,a better bed some day though. I'll just know they have no service when you need it .
