Came into Champaign Mattress firm to purchase a King size bed. Lee the Manager was beyond helpful, attentive and explained all the mattresses we were interested in. Lee was really friendly. Another sales rep. that helped us was Heather she was so helpful and very nice. We did find a great, great deal on a King size bed and we got a free adjustable box spring, 2 Cool gel memory pillows and a Mattress protector, and all of it has a 10 year warranty The best part is if we aren't satisfied with our bed we can exchange it up to 2 times. We just purchased a new mattress from Mattress Firm. Love that they give you the option to return or exchange if not satisfied for under $80. Purchased a Serta iComfort and got an adjustable base. Lee was very helpful without being your over bearing typical salesman. Would highly recommend!
I went into mattress not really knowing what I wanted about an hour before closing. The store wasn't crowed and Eric was the only person working that night. He really took the time to explain to me the different styles and types of mattresses offered. He didn't try to over sell me on a mattress unlike other sales persons at other furniture stores that are often very pushy. He was very patient with me, as i must have laid on about 20 different mattresses before I found the one that was most comfortable. I was really surprised by Eric's attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I can be very uneasy when making a major purchase but Eric explained everything from start to finish and really eased me through the process. He took the time to explain the mattress warranty's, the care instructions and answered every question I might have. He took the time to even explain the differences between the pillows, mattress covers and sheets offered at the store. I wish all sales persons were like Eric. I will definitely come back when in the market for another mattress.
We bought the dream bed 670 from this store. Recieved a free base for black Friday. The sales person Eric was super nice. This place is not pushy and let us take our time and did not push us to buy a specific mattress. We literally layer on all of them and decided the dream bed was amazing!
Never had shopped for mattresses before, but the guys here made it super easy! We got great customer service from Eric, who let us try out lots of different mattresses and pillows, and even let us nap on them! The prices were great and plus free delivery. :) now time to get a good night sleep!
