Went to this place looking for a mattress for college. Wonderful service. Very informative low pressure, and all around nice guy! Ended up finding one that was reasonably priced and super comfortable!
We have been buying mattresses from Lebeda over the past 8 years. When we moved to Champaign, we found this local store and bought new mattresses from them for our bedroom and the guest bedroom. We have two kids over the years and as they grew, we went back and bought beds from Lebeda. We have been loyal customers for awhile. Recently, we bought a new bed for our daughter, and when the delivery came, we realized that they also put in an order of a box spring. We don't need the box spring so we did not take it. We talked to the store manager about getting refund and he has not been the most helpful person to work with. He told me multiple times that I have to make it to the store the time when he is in, which is difficult for our work schedules. He also would not just issue a refund check claiming that they won't want to lose the credit card processing fee. I have a small business myself and I never give my clients such trouble with refund even if they use their credit cards. The refund process for credit card is also really not that difficult as the manager claimed. This unpleasant experience is making us considering going else where for mattresses in the future.
Bought a queen mattress from lebeda last month .. Got a decent deal from them. Customers service is pretty good
