I just arrived at this location today from dfw on work related training... I was very pleased with the front desk service Darrin was amazing and very helpful and friendly. He answered all my question with a smile when i walked into my room it was VERY clean and looked very nice. Im very pleased so far it's been great
Excellent extended stay hotel. I only stayed one night. If you don't want to pay for amenties you don't use, this should be perfect for you. Room is all new and spotless. Staff are friendly. Location is great for me with good restaurants close by. Rate was very affordable for a single night stay.
Bed is comfortable, the kitchen isn't bad, but they lack customer service. It's not the employees fault however, they are not given the tools to provide the service that is expected in a hotel. For instance, I asked for napkins and was told they had none. They do not clean the kitchen when doing housekeeping, your expected to keep your dishes clean with a rag... and they give you stainless steel to cook with! Have you ever tried cleaning stainless steel with nothing but a rag and crappy dish soap. Its horrible. I don't know how they expect me to clean the kitchen with 1 rag and no cleaning supplies. So I'm sitting here right now with dirty counters because I'm not going to buy cleaning supplies for them. Housekeeping is scheduled once a week, you're given a single rag and dish towel to do dishes and anything else during this time which is extremely stingy on their part. I shouldn't have to feel the need to go to the front desk everyday to get a clean rag. They only give you shampoo, no conditioner. The breakfast is not good. Nothing healthy. Wi-Fi is a joke. I was ok because I have a hotspot on my phone. But expect, 0.5mb DL speeds unless you pay to get "high speed." Whch I've heard that is even terrible. The first time housekeeping came at 8am....they simply opened the door, saw I was in there and left. I expected them to come back later or at least notify me of a reschedule. I had to wake up early the next day, go to the front desk and request that it get done. The business model here is cheap and does not put the customer first. I am staying on business so I didn't pay to stay here. If I had I would've found a different hotel.
I had a great stay i had a kitchen, a flat screen tv, two king size beds and free delicious breakfast and tge service was outstanding
Super clean. 9/10 would stay again!
