Honestly at every other Binny's location I've been to I have had a great experience and was treated well by the staff. They were attentive and answered any and all questions I had and the selection is always great. Unfortunately, at this location I am unable to say the same. I visited today to purchase a bottle of Bourbon that I know that was in stock, but was something that you had to ask for as it was not displayed on the shelves. I approached the nearest associate that I could find and asked if they had any of what I was searching for in stock. As he started to help me, the manager yelled "No, we don't have any!" and shook his head at the employee I was speaking to. Ordinarily, I would have no problem with being told something was out of stock, as long as I am told politely. I even understand if I am told that something considered "rare" is being saved for more valuable customers that shop at the location regularly. But from the manager's reaction, I could tell that he just didn't want to sell this particular bottle to me, because I am on the younger side of "Bourbon Enthusiasts." There was just a better way to handle this situation, especially from a manager.
Almost any alcohol you could ever want is available here. Kegs, cases or individual bottles. Their tag line is "If you can't find it at Binny's it's probably not worth drinking." There is also a good selection of cigars here. Their prices are comparable to the big box stores or even cheaper!
If you love booze, this place is your utopia. Carries a lot of hard to find items and everything is typically priced cheaper than anywhere else. My only regret is not taking a picture so I could get another 5 points for this review. And I wish I would have bought more rum.
