The staff was very helpful there a lot a quiet place to study
Nice library but some of the children staff could be more friendly. I have been here twice recently and have had an unpleasant experience both times with the same staff member. I rarely saw her smile and when we asked for help she seemed bothered.
One of the best public library I have been to in USA. Excellent environment, very helpful staff. Amazing collection of books. Available desktops for public use. Just found out, you can even borrow laptop with internet device, If resident of Champaign,IL
Great library! Plenty of books, DVDs, Blu-rays to borrow. Nice place to study too. They have programs for babies, children, teens and adults.
Honestly the place is great. They have so many movies and books to rent from. But recently whenever I come to the library the staff is undeniably rude and snobby. Now I'm not saying all but some of them are. Not only is it disrespectful but annoyingly frustrating.
