Walter ding is great! He's hard to reach at times, but us great at what he does. Criminal cases cost but we'll worth it when you got someone who knows what he's doing!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with the ATTORNEYS at Dodson & Piraino. Please notice the emphasis on Attorneys as the positive experience ends here (If you even make it that far.) Unfortunately, you must first get through the receptionist to speak with your attorney, and this can be a chore in itself that makes you never want to call again! This law firm has three receptionists that I'm aware of. Both of the females that I've spoken with are extremely helpful, and very pleasant to talk to. However, there is a male receptionist that is very rude and intimidating on the phone. Sometimes he doesn't even ask you if he can put you on hold, and he just does. I've actually thought that he's hung up on me before because he doesn't say anything or ask to put you on hold. The pure tone in his voice pretty much tells me when I call that I am bothering him, and how dare I call there and ask him to speak to my Attorney. My husband has an Insurance Settlement Claim right now that our Attorney is working on, and when this settles, our Attorney will get a fair amount of cash for the amount of work that he's put into it. If I were a new client calling this law firm for the first time and this gentleman answered, I can guarantee that I would never call back again. I'm just happy that I spoke with the female receptionist when I first called this law firm. Otherwise, I would not have my Attorney that I have now. To sum it all up- The Attorneys from my experience at this firm are great, and will do their best for you, but the firm needs to take a look at their Customer Service skills when hiring receptionists or allowing employees to answer the phones. I have addressed my concerns with this receptionist with my attorney before, but this employee still feels the need to cop an attitude when playing the role as the receptionist! The first call to a business pretty much makes the sale. If you aren't greeted by a friendly voice on the other side of the phone, why would you want to use their services? My rating for this company would be a 5 if they would correct this issue.
