This is really just a drop off location, but when I needed something done the same day, the desk lady was nice enough to give me directions and phone number for the main plant and they were able to squeeze me in. Definitely recommend for an anxious college student.
Very disappointed in the timeliness and service to preserve my wedding gown. It took over 9 months. After 4 months of not hearing back, I called in once a month asking when it would be done. First off, no one could tell me where my dress was at. I was told that they would find it and call back with a finish date, but I never heard back from them. This happened repeatedly, and I was worried it was lost. Apparently it was at another location, but no one ever told me for sure where it was at until I reached the owner by phone...8 months later. I was offered a 10% discount. If this were my business, I'd be humiliated by the service and lack of respect for peoples' personal things, and would gladly give the dress back for free or a heavy discount. She wasn't willing to negotiate any further than 15% discount because "the box is the main cost." According to them a cardboard box apparently costs $150. The employees are friendly, but the owner clearly has no respect for your clothing- even a wedding dress- when that is their business- to care for your clothes. Awful. Will never go back and hope you drive a few more blocks to get better service.
