The staff is nice, I was happy till I switched vehicles, the new vehicle was cheaper to insure so they told me they would mail me a check. After 2 weeks of not receiving a check I called to see why there was a hold up only to find out they made a mistake and are now asking for more money. Most businesses accept responsibility for their actions and pay for their mistakes instead of saying sorry and putting it on the customer. They did absolutely nothing to fix this except offer apologies. I cancelled my premiums on both my cars and took my business elsewhere.
Kurt and his staff are helpful and will go above and beyond for their customers. We trust his advice for our insurance needs, he gives us all of the possible options, yet is not pushy in the process at all! Kurt is flexible in meeting times and is happy to meet at your home of an evening if needed. There is no other agent that we would trust our home, auto, and life with! You will not be disappointed!!
Friendly and helpful staff! Love doing business with Kurt Lenschow's office. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for insurance. When my van caught on fire a few years ago I called one of the staff and she took care of everything and even came out to the fire.
