Wonderful caring customer service. I ordered on-line an arrangement for my cousin, who is hospitalized. It was nice to have website photos to see long distance what the arrangement would look like. I was worried about the Substitution Policy: if your selection is unavailable, a substitution of comparable quality and value will be delivered. I wanted everything to be perfect, so I called and left a message as it was after closing. Phyllis returned my call first thing in the morning. She explained there would be two changes, a different “filler” flower was in stock, and the lavender bow would a slightly bluer. I was glad she was very specific, and relieved to hear that they had all the roses! Phyllis also assured me of the delivery time, and the flowers were delivered by noon that day. My cousin sent me a photo of the floral arrangement, it was full and beautiful. She was delighted. I love that the Campus Florist website “as shown” photo is the regular priced, so you know the fullness of the arrangement you are ordering. Flowers are listed so you know what you are getting. I believe in ordering from a local florist, and I would definitely use Campus Florist again.

I ordered flowers for a visitation today and was disappointed when I saw them in the funeral home tonight. I requested evergreens in a Christmas type arrangement. The arrangement was large with palm leaves, blue and white flowers and a blue bow. Was not even close to my request.
They gave us a bouquet of flowers that were not only. Third of the size of the bouquet that we ordered online, but it was filled with carnations and other filler flowers when the one we ordered had many roses and looked full of flowers. Furthermore, when we went back to complain and get the flowers we ordered, they gave us three roses and simply said, "The photos on the website are deceiving," and didn't even apologize. We will NOT be be buying our flowers from here again. Go to April's Florist instead.
My mother ordered flowers to deliver to my office on my birthday and I have to say someone did a great job! I cropped one edge of the arrangement to hide the card which has my address.
