Decent service. Nice crew, but they need better staffing on busier mornings. Only two people means very long wait times.
Had to wait 1.5 hour to get the car. This is after they assured quick pick up on the phone. If you have a couple of hours to waste before you get the car, you are welcome here. These guys are under staffed.
The staff at Enterprise on North Prospect in Champaign are super to work with! The $9.99 daily weekend rate is unbeatable, and my car is always ready and waiting for me when I arrive. Quick pickup and easy return ... especially when you choose the prepaid fuel option (cheap!).
I absolutely appreciate the top notch customer service I received from the day I walked in to pick up my rental to the day I walked out from returning it. The managner Joe was just wonderful to work with. I will definately use their rental services again!
