This review is more for this location and not really the services Chase bank provides, as there's so much to go into, I'll just talk about the location and service of the staff.
The waiting area is a nice place to sit, and there's coffee and tea for the people waiting. They also have a few drive through lanes.
I love Chase but HATE the 800 number. PLEASE, PLEASE just supply us with the local numbers. Sat on the phone for 15 minutes while someone found out that the person I wanted to talk to, after they tracked down the state, town, branch and front desk, was out for the day----horrible customer service-------

However, whenever I go INTO the bank-the experience is wonderful. GREAT customer service, helpful and concerned staff. Thank you locally-corporate-get rid of the "national help center".
This bank is one of my favorites, located downtown, it's super convenient to walk to. They have a really nice ATM machine that lets you get uneven amounts of money, even one dollar bills!
